ĐĐ TEP boiler and boiler power plants are based on a nearly 100 years long tradition of design and production of boiler power plants for all types of fuel, according to the most demanding parameters. All important components (boiler, combustion system…) of the boiler and boiler power plants are manufactured  in our own production facilities. Special attention is given to the manufacturing quality and installation of the boiler power plant in order to ensure high reliability and availability of the plant throughout its entire operating life:

Combustion system

The ĐĐ TEP combustion systems are based on proven combustion technology on the vibrating grid and the fluidised bed (BFB) when it comes to biomass boiler plants and incineration plants. Depending on the needs of the project, combustion systems enable the efficient operation of boiler plants with different types of fuels such as: biomass (pure wood, waste wood, straw, sunflower …), RDF, SRF, sewage sludge and other conventional fuels used in industrial boilers, such as natural gas, refinery gas, oil, fuel oil and similar.

Biomass boiler power plants

ĐĐ TEP boiler power plants, with the proven technology of combustion different types of biomass in the water cooled vibrating grate designed to optimize combustion, ensuring low flue gas emissions, low self energy consumption, high availability and reliability and low maintenance costs.

Fuel energy input – boiler with vibro grate: 10 – 120 MWth

Net boiler power plant efficiency: 88,5 – 95 %

Annual number of working hours: over 8400 hours

Flue gas emission level: much lower than the prescribed limit values for emissions (ELV)

Max fuel moisture content: up to 60 %

Waste incineration boiler power plants

Waste incineration is the thermal destruction of waste materials, in a responsible manner.  Many types of waste are incinerated. ĐĐ TEP boiler plant utilizing bubbling fluidized bed (BFB) combustion technology can be applied to a wide range of fuels, including contaminated wood, RDF, SRF, sludge, different types of hazardous waste.

Fuel energy input – boiler with BFB: 3 – 60 MWth

Net boiler power plant efficiency: 88 – 91 %

The annual number of working hours: over 8400 hours

Flue gas emission level: much lower than the prescribed limit values for emissions (ELV)

Recovery boilers (HRSG)

Boilers are manufactured in our own production facilities based on our own design. HRSG boilers can work on waste heat from various industrial and energy processes.

Fuel energy input: up to 120 MWth

Annual number of working hours: over 8400 hours
